We are a recruiting firm hired by Insurance Agency Owners (typically Allstate & State Farm) and we have an immediate opening in the Mukwonago, WI area for a Full-Time Licensed Insurance Sales Producer. The agency has been around for over 6 years has been in the top 4% for growth the last couple of years. They also have a great lead generation system coupled with a world class training program.

Job Description: You will be selling Home, Auto, Toy, and Umbrella policies. In addition, as you gain experience, you will tap into very lucrative life and health policies to new clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES (include but not limited to):

  • Daily prospecting/cold calling to develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Establish customer relationships and follow up regarding their needs.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Proactive problem solving.
  • Visit establishments to evaluate needs or to promote product or service sales.
  • Maintain customer records, using automated systems.

SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIREMENTS:

Our successful sales producers have the following skills and abilities:

  • Must have Property & Casualty Insurance License.
  • Proven track record in sales (prefer insurance sales) for at least 1-2 years.
  • Goal-orientated & sales-minded: open to making contacts via phone and networking
  • Strong consultative sales & negotiation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exemplary business ethics and customer service.
  • Ability to prioritize, respond to customers' needs and handle time sensitive issues
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Bilingual in Spanish a plus
